SR. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER - GURGAON

Job Function and Deliverables:
Installation of voice & data products , Provide L1 support to customers, timely escalation of issues ,customer satisfaction & retention, Revenue collections, providing customer related feedback and lessons learned, work with Account Management team to optimize the customer's experience with our product, Learn and think creatively to incorporate new integration solutions

Skills and Experience Required:
BE/DIP (Electronics & Communication) with 3-6 years of experience

CCNA would be an added advantage, detailed, organized, and customer oriented , excellent verbal/written communication, time management and presentation skills, Ability to interact with all levels of management in both internal and external teams, Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure, Solid Networking Trouble-shooting skills, Knowledge of networking related and routing/switching protocols.

TECHNICAL TRAINER - BANGALORE

Job Function and Deliverables:
The trainer would be responsible to plan the various training modules which would be based on either the skill set demands across or due to emergency requirements caused due to attrition etc. He should be capable to deliver training modules to both L1 & L2 type of audiences. The trainings can be either for internal or external customers. He should have a good exposure on either voice technologies /data technologies .However should be in a position to adapt to any demands in voice /data in terms of training.

Creation of technical documents /presentations would be key essential requirements; He /She would be willing to travel extensively to various regions to provide trainings. He would be reporting to Manager Technical Support.

Skills & Experience required:
3-4 Years of Teaching/Training Experience which would include
Design/Delivery of Training (Technical- classroom), Performance Consulting. Needs Assessment & Training Matrix. Proficient use of MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills. Exceptional versatility with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment. Willing to come out with innovative concepts on training methodologies.

DOCUMENT WRITER - BANAGALORE

Job Function And Delivariable:
Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information. Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology. Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical Customers. Supports the development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating, thereby improving quality and enhancing usability of these documents. Compose technical documents including, user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposal, reports etc as would be required. Documents based on tender requirements, Conduct research & ensure the use of proper technical terminology.

Skills & experience required
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma or Graduate Engineer - Electronics / telecommunication. High Level of Proficiency in MS Office applications (a candidate with some equivalent certification will be preferred), Should have experience as a document writer for telecom Projects, Should be able to understand and co-relate to the standard project life cycle of a generic telecom project., Team player, Good Analytical skills, Good command of English Language (Written and Spoken),

Experience: 2 to 3 years

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - BANGALORE / MUMBAI / GURGAON

Job Function And Delivariable:
The right candidate will be required to market enterprise communication solutions ( voice & IP Networking ) and Application products. The candidate should be able to analyze communication needs design and present customized solutions to the client. The job will include generating prospects, winning contracts, ensuring deployment of the solutions and payment collection.. The candidate will be required to develop existing and new accounts and manage relationships.

Skills & experience required:
BE/B.Tech./MBA - 3 to 5 years of experience in any System Integrator company, should have exposure in identifying and handling large accounts. Should possess excellent communication skills and be able to make presentations to clients. Be a good team player with positive attitude, go-getter and be able to generate enquiries and contribute toward business growth by meeting sales targets.
